Communication Yearbook (volume 34) is an annual publication that contains a collection of recent essays and literature reviews in the field of human communication. The content, which is international in scope, represents topics covering communication theory, societies in transition and ideals versus realities.

The Gospel According to Star Wars

The Gospel According to Star Wars by John C. McDowell takes a look at the religious and spiritual aspects of all six Star Wars films. The chapters in this book explore the themes of evil, good, ethics and redemption. Also included is an extensive bibliography for further research and reading.

The Gospel According to Star Wars is located on the 4th floor of Emerson Library.

Mediaweek Marketer’s Guide to Media 2010 is a handy reference guide listing media trends, rates, audience demographics and other information on a variety of media outlets. Media outlets covered in this book include television, radio, out-of-home, print, promotion, and interactive. Also included are special sections on teen and Hispanic demographics, and a glossary of media terms.

Mediaweek Marketer’s Guide to Media 2010 is available in the reference collection.
